Saturday's ride was another great day organized by the OC Wheelmen. The only recommendation I can make is to change the last few miles of the route after Mission Bay. The merge from Sea World drive to Sunset Cliffs is always a little uncomfortable with so much traffic. Riders also turn onto Nimitz early when they see the sign, rather than continuing to Point Loma Blvd - confusing. In the past it seems that we've ridden Pacific Hwy from Mission Bay to downtown.

ya we got lost by seaworld, missed a turn i guess and had to go wrong way up a one way street and then carry our bikes up a grass hill! LOL

Yes, from E. Mission Bay dr. which crosses Sea World Dr. and runs into Pacific, then it's 4 miles down Pacific to the finish. I practiced this route in July and it's easier except for crossing one or two overpasses which is a little scary.
